Commonwealth Games 2014, Glasgow

The Fleet Operations & Management system provided by FM4E was implemented and used successfully at Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games. Encompassing both Fleet and Asset Management operations, the system allowed Glasgow 2014 to successfully manage a fleet of over 1,400 cars & drivers during an exceptionally busy period. A smooth implementation, based on well utilised, tried & tested technologies which integrated seamlessly into the existing Glasgow 2014 platform. Malcolm provided an excellent level of support during both the implementation and operational phases. His experience in best practice and standard operating procedures, were an added bonus, and he contributed to the overall definition of operating procedures that were a great match for both Glasgow 2014, and the delivered final system.

Overall, functioning as both the Project Manager for Implementation and Manager for technical support, I would highly recommend the Fleet Operations System as provided by FM4E for any sporting event.
